Products purchased from DataSpacelink, may be refunded only if cancelled within the refund period specified below in this policy. Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.
Only requests submitted through the Client Area are considered valid and will be reviewed by The Company. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products.
After the cancellation becomes effective, DataSpacelink cannot be held responsible for loss of data due to suspension or termination.

No Refund After Account Closure: If eligible for a refund, it is necessary for you to request a refund prior to account closure. You may elect to close your account with us at any time, but upon account closure, you will no longer be eligible for a refund as otherwise permitted under this Refund Policy.
Note: Due to cryptocurrency’s nature and digital assets, we cannot reverse transactions and are subject to erratic market exchange rates. We accept no responsibility for any risk associated with such volatile investments. Refunds will not be given for products bought using cryptocurrency, tokens, or other digital assets.
Note: If a refund back to the original payment method is not possible, a refund to your DataSpacelink balance can be offered as an alternative.
Restrictions and Limitations
The following restrictions and limitations apply to our 30-day money-back guarantee:
– Refunds are not valid for Vps Hosting Plans, after 5 days, install fees for custom software, or (cPanels), or Domain name purchases.
– Standard Refund Offer valid only for the first package purchased for billing accounts less than 30 days old in shared hosting, WordPress hosting and Cloud web hosting
– Refunds for an account with more than one hosting order are not eligible (e.g., buying 2 shared hostings or VPS hosting and using them for 5 days then asking for a refund).
– Adding Funds / Account Credit Balance Deposits are non-refundable.
– Plans purchased using a special promotion, promo code, or special discount link are non-refundable.
– Packages paid for with cryptocurrencies, checks, money orders, or bank wire transfers are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds by Hosting Plan
The refund policy for hosting accounts has been updated. The following changes are now in effect for all new hosting accounts created on or after 11/30/2024.
Shared, WordPress Hosting & Cloud Web Hosting
DataSpacelink offers a full refund on Shared, WordPress Hosting & Cloud Web Hosting fees if your plan is cancelled within the first 30 days of opening the account. This applies to monthly and annual plans, as biennial and triennial plans are not eligible for a refund. Yearly plans are refunded the current subscription cost within 30 days of the annual subscription renewal.
Refunds are not available when cancelling any contract period on an account with multiple Shared or WordPress Hosting or cloud hosting Plans; the offer is valid only for the first package purchased.
If your plan includes a free domain name and you cancel within 1 year, our standard fee of $16.99 for the domain name (and any applicable taxes) (the “Domain Name Fee”) will be deducted from your refund.
VPS Hosting (Linux & Windows)
You can cancel your hosting plan within the first 5 days for a full refund. Refunds are not available when cancelling a yearly, biennial, or triennial VPS hosting plan.
The offer is valid only for the first package purchased for billing accounts less than 5 days old. Upfront payments or adding funds to your Account Credit Balance cannot be refunded after using any of our VPS servers. However, you are free to use the balance to buy any of our services.

Chargeback and Disputes
If you believe that your billing or charges are incorrect, it is essential to contact us in writing. We both agree to work together honestly and amicably to resolve any billing conflicts. If a “chargeback” or PayPal dispute arises from this disagreement, the Service(s) will be suspended until the matter is resolved. To reactivate your Service(s), all pending payments must be settled first.
In addition to the outstanding balance, a chargeback fee may apply for pre-arbitrations and chargebacks. The amount of this fee and when it is charged will depend on your specific case.
You can find more information about these fees in your billing ticket related to the respective issue or dispute. If you’re unsure where to find these details, please reach out to us for assistance!
If a chargeback is initiated, your DataSpacelink account will be blocked, and you will not have the opportunity to purchase or use our services again. Additionally, all data stored in the DataSpacelink account, including content, features, or capacity, may be terminated without warning, resulting in loss of information.
To resume your use of DataSpacelink Services and to be able to checkout using a credit card again, you must:
1. Provide proof of payment or an obscured photo of your credit card, showing only the first six and last four digits.
2. Pay any applicable fees in full, including any charges and expenses incurred by DataSpacelink and/or any third-party services for each chargeback received (including fees for DataSpacelink Services provided prior to the chargeback, handling and processing fees, and charges from the payment processor).
In cases of clear payment or criminal fraud chargebacks, the service will be terminated without any possibility of recovery. This policy is non-negotiable and will be enforced permanently.
Before filing a chargeback or reversing any payments made to DataSpacelink, we strongly encourage you to first contact our Customer Support team. This step will help prevent the unwarranted cancellation of your DataSpacelink Services and account blockage, along with additional fees for an erroneous chargeback. Furthermore, if a chargeback is filed without prior contact with our support team, all charges paid for the services purchased from DataSpacelink must be repaid in full.
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we receive, including providing evidence of authorization from the User in question and proof that they utilized our Services. We will provide the credit card company or financial institution with any necessary information to substantiate this.
